Shipping + Returns
All items are shipped 1-2 days after your order has been confirmed. Delivery within the United Kingdom is 3-5 days and 5-10 business days internationally.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
Please be aware that if you have provided the incorrect address, you must email us as soon as possible with the correct address quoting your order number and full name within 12 hours of placing your order so it can be rectified.
Once your order has been shipped, We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods. If your package has been lost, stolen or damaged please contact Royal Mail as soon as possible.
Due to the nature of products we sell, we maintain high standard of hygiene and ensure that all our products are not contaminated and in excellent conditions. To ensure that we continue to maintain this, ALL sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If you have any issues with your product, contact our customer service email@example.com and we will try and resolve the issue the best we can. In exceptional circumstances where items are incorrectly sent, please report this within 12 hours after package is delivered.
